With over 40 years in ministry, Apostle Gittens is called to share God’s transforming message of hope to help others overcome challenges in their life through prayer, and application of scriptures. Having overcome adversity and many challenges in life, she is a dynamic, and creative speaker. She presents a unique insight, and perspective to inspire women to live their best lives through emotional, and social intelligence; and to have the ability to manage change.

Apostle Gittens is a Shamar prophet, Apostolic Midwife, Bible teacher, intercessor, conference host, conference speaker, and author. Ordained in pastoral leadership since 1997, Apostle Gittens ministers under an apostolic anointing. As a visionary leader, she is called to dismantle erroneous teachings, and to train and equip leaders, empowering them for end time prayer and prophetic ministry.  She is the founder of Tracy Gittens Ministries, a ministry dedicated to evangelizing, equipping believers, and emancipating those who are bound.

In 2009, she founded The Weapons of War Global Prayer Watch, and in September 2019 she founded and hosts the annual Power of Prayer Conference. During the Covid-19 pandemic Apostle Tracy had to pivot and think outside of the box expanding her ministerial platform to include a virtual 24-Hours of Prayer, a Virtual Dinner Party, and becoming a podcast host of 180⁰ with Pastor Tracy on the Charisma Broadcast Network (CBN), the podcast can be found on Spotify. In February 2023, she launched the Shamar Prophetic Training and also, began The Call To Prayer which can be found on FaceBook Live, Tuesday- Friday mornings @6:30 am (EST).

In 2017, she served as a missionary with a team from Kingdom of God-LI in Georgetown, Guyana. In July 2022, as part of the Spiritual Midwife Tour with Apostle Robbin Lacy, she served as a missionary in three countries in Africa; Kenya, Ghana, and South Africa.

Apostle Gittens is the author of five self- published books, Lord, I’m Broke Again, Power of Prayer Journal; Dreams, Visions & Interpretations Journal; Shamar Prophetic Training Workbook- Introduction To The Prophetic; and the 5787 Hebrew & Gregorian Planner. She has two new books due out in 2026, The Seven Habits of An Effective Intercessor and The Prophetic Intercessors Workbook. A resident of New Jersey, she is lovingly supported by her two adult daughters, son-in-love, and three granddaughters. She is a part of the Ecclesiastical Government of the Embassy, House of Zion where she is a member, under the leadership of Apostle Robbin B. Lacy (Dr RHMI). Her ministry is also under the counsel of her spiritual father, Bishop Charles W. Harris, Jr. of Covenant Kingdom Ministries International (CKMI).
